A unique exhibition of photography and film covering 70 years of Coventry’s history
Thanks to the hard work and perseverance of Penny and Robert, Jaguar Photographic Society this year will be holding its annual exhibition at the LTB showrooms as part of their ‘Coventry Now And Then’ exhibition. With photography from our members representing ‘Coventry Now’ alongside images, narrative and film from the 1960’s showing Coventry as it was.
To mark this exiting opportunity we will be holding our club evening at the Undercroft on the 16th of September and inviting family, friends and other clubs to join us for an open evening. The City Mayor was delighted to accept our invitation, along with his wife and will open the event.
The exhibition will be hosted at the LTB Priory Undercrofts and is open from 11th September to 2nd October. Opening times:
11 Sept 12:00 - 16:00

Submission of images to be included in the exhibition have been open a while and many of us have already contributed some amazing work. Approx 50 images have already been chosen to print, but there is still time for you to submit your photographs of ‘Coventry Now’ which will be displayed as PDI digital images.
Use this photo entry link to get your images in before 31st August. PhotoEntry
Those members who’s images that have been selected for exhibition as prints have been informed individually and the mounted prints should be handed into Penny and Robert during the opening club meeting of the new season, on 2nd September. Note: please don’t write anything on the front or back of the mounted images.
This is an exciting opportunity for the club and our thanks go to all members who submitted their images.

How can I find LTB?
LTB is located in the Priory Visitor Centre (aka ‘PVC’) - it’s just behind Nandos (New Buildings/Trinity St) - alternatively, approach via the elevated walkway near Holy Trinity Church.
They have a small bar, and cafe - both open during the exhibition.
The Priory Undercroft space (just around the corner) are the fascinating ruined cellars that were once part of the monks living quarters - with a spiral staircase leading up to where the Cathedral Chapter House once stood Its situated on the east side of Priory Square, right next to ‘Hill Top’ Medieval cobbled street - approx 90 seconds walk from the main entrance).
