Newcomers Competition

Open to all members, who have not previously won a JPS Competition (before the start of the current season). No theme, just 4 DPI on any subject. 

Voting will be similar to the Merit Competition, by all members present. 

Closing date for entries will be Friday 2nd April, and the entry form will open a couple of weeks prior to this, and communicated via the weekly Newsletter.
