Initial Triptych

This year's Creative Project is about the triptych, three images in one.

This is not just a different version of a Panel, as we have in our Panel Competition, where three separate images must work together and possibly tell some form of story. This is just three images in one picture.

My twist for this year, you are required to produce 2 images, so two triptychs, where the subject is something beginning with your initials. So, you need to find something that begins with the same letter as your first name and take three images of it, (that is three images of the same object, not three images of different things). Then find something that begins with the same letter as your surname and take three images of it. Those three images then need to be assembled into a single image, the triptych. An ideal challenge for the winter months where you are in a lot waiting for the rain to stop.

We will be using the Photoentry system to enter the images so if you want to take part this year let me know and I will allocate a spot in the PE system. The standard sizing and format will apply to the triptych, max 1920x1080, jpg etc.

There are a lot of options when creating a triptych and I will be talking to the entrants as things progress to see what options are being considered.

There will be no interim review this year, just a final show where it may be a little fun for people to try and guess who the photographer is based on the images, should be easy as the initials will be obvious, won't they?
