How to Submit Images for Internal Competitions

Jaguar Photographic Society uses a cloud-based system called PhotoEntry for all internal competition submissions.

Getting Started with PhotoEntry

You’ll be sent a link to create your PhotoEntry account.
If you haven’t received it or can’t log in, please contact our Competitions Secretary:

Once you’re set up, you can log in using the button below or create a shortcut on your computer for easy access.

What You Can Do on PhotoEntry

With your account, you can:

  • View upcoming competitions

  • View your older entries
  • Enter any open competition

  • Edit or change your entries anytime before the deadline

Try the Test & Play competition — it’s a safe space to practise uploading and editing your images. Just have a go — you can’t break anything! Follow the simple instructions and see how it all works.

 

How to Enter a Competition

  1.  Prepare your image according to club guidelines
  2. Log in to Photoentry
  3. Select the competition you want to enter
  4. Type in your image title and caption (this will be shown during judging)
  5. Choose your image file from your computer
  6. Upload the image
  7. Check for any warnings and confirm everything looks right
  8. Log off — you’re done!
